We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in marketing to join our fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Position OverviewThe Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support and playing an active role in marketing and communications efforts across various projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom, managing logistics, or crafting compelling messages for both business and philanthropic audiences. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Executive Support</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prepare reports, presentations, and agendas for internal and external meetings</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders across business and charitable networks</li><li>Marketing &amp; Communications</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for business and nonprofit initiatives</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate social media, email campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Manage vendor relationships with designers, agencies, and media contacts</li><li>Project Management</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Track progress on initiatives and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Support the CEO in launching and scaling campaigns, events, and partnerships</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new ventures</li><li>Brand Representation</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when representing the CEO</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Attend events, networking functions, and public appearances as needed</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives</li><li>Strong background in marketing, communications, or brand strategy</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office &amp; and marketing tools</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Passion for both business innovation and social impact</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in health care administration, nonprofit, startup, or entrepreneurial environments</li><li>Experience in physician services is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours</li></ul> Why Join Us<ul><li>Work alongside a visionary leader on exciting, high-impact projects</li><li>Opportunity to shape both business ventures and philanthropic campaigns</li><li>Collaborative, mission-driven culture</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li></ul>
